NQ Ning Quan aseptic filling machine can be connected with the sterilizer directly; The product will be filled into the aseptic bags after fully sterilized by the sterilizer. The aseptic bags are aluminum compound multi-layer bags, it can cut off from sunlight and oxygen affection to guarantee the high quality of the products. The temperature of filling chamber can be adjusted automatically by temperature control system, the bag’s spout and filling chamber will be sterilized by steam spraying.
1. Our aseptic bag in drum filler can be divided into single head and double heads according to the output capacity.
2. The overall structure is composed of PLC control system, filling head, bag, open mouth fixed clamps cover clamp and closed cover clamp, check windows and lift platform.
3. Throughout the filling process ensure no bacteria to enter and keep sterile temperature 95 centigrade.
